Easy Exchange and Return Process
If you weren't completely satisfied with your order and decide you want
an exchange or refund, the process is simple:
1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number and specific whether you want a
replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your
return package.
